Am I pleased with the service I received? Oh yes absolutely. Where do I even begin? I always felt very comfortable; everyone in the office, even those who aren’t directly seeing you are always making sure you’re comfortable. They’re very attentive to pain tolerance and are very welcoming. Usually there’s that one person who isn’t so nice but at Dr. Lee’s everyone is just fabulous. I only have one day off a week and they always could squeeze me in last minute. Dr. Lee is incredibly meticulous, with such high expectations for his work. I was very pleased with the clinical results; I’m a hairdresser and some of my clients have had moles removed by dermatologists and when they saw what a good job Dr. Lee did, they got so jealous. I have sent 6 people to him and they are all very happy.

I had four different laser hair removal procedures and have had no hair since. I’d say that’s pretty good! There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like; everyone was very friendly. I was pleased though I didn't really know what to expect. I have much less leg pain and pressure than I had previous to this treatment. My legs didn't look that bad, but I had pain and pressure in both legs. After I had the treatment my legs felt better, beginning about 48 hours after the procedure--very quick relief! Dr. Lee is a kind person and skilled physician. He listened to me and answered all my questions. As compared to other physicians, Dr. Lee spent more time with me trying to understand my problem. When I thought my leg was infected, I called and spoke with Tina and she told me to come right in. It was Friday and she did not want me to wait over the weekend. I didn't know that the pain would get worse about 10 days after the procedure. Chris is most helpful. Your office is very efficient and well-organized. I felt comfortable. Everyone in the office was very professional. (*One thing that would have helped me understand the procedure better would be an animated video showing the procedure.)

I am very pleased with the results of this treatment on both my legs. There are still some bruises of the treatment but I'm sure they will fade. The change in the appearance of my legs is wonderful. The results were what I wanted - minimal discomfort was appreciated. I had both legs worked on for varicose veins. I am now free from swelling, tired legs. They look much better too. I had some ugly varicose veins in my right leg and smaller ones on the left leg. From the procedure I experienced a lot of pain but now my legs look much better and feel a lot better. Am I happy? Oh, 100% plus. From the minute I walked into his office and met Chris, the receptionist, it felt like home. Everyone there is just right on. I am a new patient to the Skin and Vein Care Center. I came to see Dr. Lee after abusing the veins in my legs for too many years. You couldn’t ask for a better surgeon. You have one leg done at a time. I just completed my second leg. I can now go up and down stairs without them getting tired. I have no problems working out on a treadmill.
